The Cold Pull Procedure

  1. Heat nozzle to printing temperature and load filament
  2. Briefly push filament to confirm flow
  3. Let nozzle cool to ~90°C (PLA) or ~130°C (PETG/ABS)
  4. Pull firmly — the softened tip should extract as a plug with the nozzle's internal shape
