1-Year Warranty
All products purchased from Innostation are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal use conditions.
What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Functional failure under normal operating conditions
- Printer hardware and electronic components
What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification
- Normal wear and tear
- Consumable items (filaments, resins, nozzles, build plates, release films)
- Damage from improper storage or handling
Return Process
- Contact our support team at info@innostation3d.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Our team will review your request and provide instructions for return if applicable.
- Returned items must be in original packaging with all accessories.
- Once received and inspected, a replacement or refund will be issued within 5-10 business days.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
