Getting the most from engineering resins
- Match the exposure time to the resin's grey/black tint — dark resins need a slightly longer burn-in to prevent curling.
- All engineering grades should be washed and fully cured before they are treated as functional; under-cured material loses its mechanical edge.
- High Temperature and Flame Retardant grades benefit from a post-cure ramp in a curing station rather than a quick blast.
